ကြာချိန်: မန္တလေးမြို့တွင်းရှိ ဝယ်ယူသူများအတွက် အော်ဒါအတည်ပြုပြီး (၂၄) နာရီမှ (၄၈) နာရီအတွင်း အိမ်အရောက် ပို့ဆောင်ပေးပါသည်။
ပို့ဆောင်ခ: ပို့ဆောင်ခသည် မြို့နယ်အကွာအဝေးနှင့် ပါဆယ်အလေးချိန်ပေါ်မူတည်၍ ကွဲပြားနိုင်ပါသည်။ သတ်မှတ်ထားသော ပမာဏအထက် ဝယ်ယူပါက ပို့ဆောင်ခ အခမဲ့ (Free Delivery) အထူးခံစားခွင့် ရရှိနိုင်ပါသည်။
ကားဂိတ်ပို့ဆောင်မှု: နယ်ဝေးမှ မှာယူသူများအတွက် ဝယ်ယူသူစိတ်ကြိုက် မန္တလေးမြို့ရှိ အဝေးပြေးကားဂိတ်များသို့ စနစ်တကျ အရောက်ပို့ဆောင်ပေးပါသည်။
ကြာချိန်: ငွေလွှဲအတည်ပြုပြီးနောက် (၁) ရက်မှ (၂) ရက်အတွင်း သက်ဆိုင်ရာ ကားဂိတ်သို့ ပစ္စည်းလွှဲပြောင်း ပို့ဆောင်ပေးပါမည်။
တန်ဆာခ ရှင်းလင်းမှု:
ကားဂိတ်တန်ဆာခ (Gate Fee) ကို ဝယ်ယူသူမှ ပစ္စည်းထုတ်ယူစဉ် ပေးချေရမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
ဂိုဒေါင်မှ မန္တလေးကားဂိတ်အရောက် ပို့ဆောင်ခ (Delivery to Gate) ကိုမူ အော်ဒါမှာယူစဉ်ကတည်းက သတ်မှတ်ချက်အတိုင်း ပေးချေရပါမည်။
ပစ္စည်းများကို ကားဂိတ်မှ ထုတ်ယူစဉ် သို့မဟုတ် Delivery ထံမှ လက်ခံစဉ်တွင် ပါဆယ်ထုပ်ပိုးမှုနှင့် ပစ္စည်းအရေအတွက်ကို မျက်မြင် ချက်ချင်း စစ်ဆေးရပါမည်။
ပစ္စည်းမှားယွင်းခြင်း၊ လိုအပ်ခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် ထိခိုက်ပျက်စီးမှု တစ်စုံတစ်ရာ ရှိပါက ပစ္စည်းလက်ခံရရှိသည့်နေ့ (၂၄ နာရီအတွင်း) အထောက်အထား ဓာတ်ပုံ/ဗီဒီယိုနှင့်တကွ ကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏ Customer Service သို့ ချက်ချင်း အကြောင်းကြားရပါမည်။ (သတ်မှတ်ချိန် ကျော်လွန်ပါက တာဝန်ယူဖြေရှင်းပေးနိုင်မည် မဟုတ်ပါ)။
အစိုးရရုံးပိတ်ရက်များ၊ အဝေးပြေးလမ်းပိုင်း ပိတ်ဆို့မှုများ၊ စစ်ဆေးရေးဂိတ် အခြေအနေများနှင့် သဘာဝဘေးအန္တရာယ်/ရာသီဥတု အခြေအနေများကြောင့် ပို့ဆောင်မှု အနည်းငယ် ကြန့်ကြာနိုင်သည်ကို ကြိုတင် နားလည်သဘောပေါက်ပေးစေလိုပါသည်။
Delivery Window: For customers within Mandalay, orders are dispatched and delivered to your doorstep within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation.
Shipping Fees: Delivery fees vary based on township distance and parcel weight. Free delivery eligibility may apply for orders exceeding our designated purchase threshold.
Bus Gate Dispatch: For nationwide deliveries, parcels are handed over to the customer's nominated highway bus terminals in Mandalay.
Processing Time: Parcels will be processed and dispatched to the designated bus terminal within 1 to 2 business days following payment confirmation.
Freight Charges:
Inter-city freight fees (Bus Gate Fee) are to be settled directly by the buyer upon parcel collection (Collect on Delivery).
Local drop-off fees (from our warehouse to the bus gate) must be settled during the initial checkout process.
Customers are strictly advised to inspect parcel packaging, item conditions, and quantities immediately upon receipt from delivery couriers or bus terminals.
Any discrepancies, missing items, or in-transit damages must be reported to our Customer Service team within 24 hours of receipt, accompanied by clear photo or video evidence. Reports submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for compensation or replacement.
While we strive to meet all standard delivery timelines, slight delays may occur due to public holidays, route closures, regional highway inspections, or adverse weather conditions. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
