MartMM အွန်လိုင်းစျေးဝယ်ပလက်ဖောင်းသို့ ဝင်ရောက်အသုံးပြုခြင်း၊ အကောင့်ဖွင့်လှစ်ခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် ကုန်ပစ္စည်းများ ဝယ်ယူခြင်းပြုလုပ်ပါက မိခင်ကုမ္ပဏီဖြစ်သော SM SYNERGY CO., LTD. မှ သတ်မှတ်ထားသည့် အောက်ပါ စည်းမျဉ်းစည်းကမ်းများကို အပြည့်အဝ သဘောတူလက်ခံပြီး ဖြစ်သည်ဟု မှတ်ယူပါမည်။
၁။ ပလက်ဖောင်း၏ သဘောသဘာဝ (Nature of Platform)
- MartMM သည် စိစစ်ပြီးသား ကုန်ပစ္စည်းတင်သွင်းသူများ၊ ကုန်ထုတ်လုပ်သူများ (Vendors/Merchants) နှင့် လက်လီစျေးဝယ်သူများ (Shoppers) အကြား တိုက်ရိုက်ချိတ်ဆက်ပေးသည့် Online Multi-Vendor Retail Marketplace ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
- MartMM သည် ပလက်ဖောင်းနည်းပညာနှင့် ဝန်ဆောင်မှုကို ပံ့ပိုးပေးသူဖြစ်ပြီး၊ တင်ရောင်းထားသော ပစ္စည်းတစ်ခုချင်းစီ၏ မူရင်းအရည်အသွေးနှင့် စတော့အမှန်တရားအတွက် သက်ဆိုင်ရာ ကုန်ပစ္စည်းတင်သွင်းသူဆိုင်များတွင်လည်း တာဝန်ရှိပါသည်။
၂။ အကောင့်မှတ်ပုံတင်ခြင်းနှင့် လုံခြုံရေး (Account Registration & Security)
- အသုံးပြုသူများသည် အကောင့်ဖွင့်လှစ်ရာတွင် မိမိ၏ အမည်အမှန်၊ ဖုန်းနံပါတ်နှင့် ပို့ဆောင်ရမည့် လိပ်စာအချက်အလက်များကို တိကျမှန်ကန်စွာ ဖြည့်သွင်းရပါမည်။
- မိမိ၏ အကောင့်လုံခြုံရေး၊ Password နှင့် OTP လျှို့ဝှက်ကုဒ်များကို လုံခြုံစွာ ထိန်းသိမ်းရန်မှာ အသုံးပြုသူ၏ တာဝန်သာဖြစ်ပြီး အကောင့်မှတစ်ဆင့် ပြုလုပ်သော အော်ဒါအားလုံးကို အကောင့်ပိုင်ရှင်၏ အတည်ပြုမှုအဖြစ် သတ်မှတ်ပါမည်။
၃။ ကုန်ပစ္စည်းစျေးနှုန်းနှင့် ငွေပေးချေမှု (Pricing & Payments)
- ပလက်ဖောင်းပေါ်တွင် ဖော်ပြထားသော စျေးနှုန်းများအားလုံးသည် မြန်မာကျပ်ငွေ (MMK) ဖြင့် ဖော်ပြထားသည့် လက်လီစျေးနှုန်းများ ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
- စျေးဝယ်သူများသည် မိုဘိုင်းဘဏ်စနစ် (Mobile Banking)၊ KPay/WavePay သို့မဟုတ် ပစ္စည်းရောက်မှ ငွေချေစနစ် (Cash-On-Delivery - COD) ဖြင့် ပေးချေနိုင်ပါသည်။
- စျေးကွက်ပေါက်စျေး အပြောင်းအလဲပေါ်မူတည်၍ ကုန်ပစ္စည်းစျေးနှုန်းများကို ကြိုတင်အကြောင်းကြားခြင်းမရှိဘဲ အချိန်နှင့်တစ်ပြေးညီ ပြင်ဆင်ပြောင်းလဲခွင့် ရှိပါသည်။
၄။ အော်ဒါအတည်ပြုခြင်းနှင့် ပယ်ဖျက်ခြင်း (Order Confirmation & Cancellation)
- ကုန်ပစ္စည်းစတော့ မလုံလောက်ခြင်း၊ ဈေးနှုန်းအမှားအယွင်းဖြစ်ပေါ်ခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် ငွေပေးချေမှု မပြည့်စုံခြင်းတို့ ဖြစ်ပေါ်ပါက မည်သည့်အော်ဒါကိုမဆို ပယ်ဖျက်ခွင့် သို့မဟုတ် ငြင်းပယ်ခွင့်ကို MartMM မှ ရယူထားပါသည်။
- အော်ဒါများကို ကုန်ပစ္စည်း ပို့ဆောင်ရေးသို့ မလွှဲပြောင်းမီအချိန်အထိသာ ဖောက်သည်ဘက်မှ ပယ်ဖျက်ခွင့် ရှိပြီး၊ ပို့ဆောင်ရေးသို့ ရောက်ရှိသွားပါက ပယ်ဖျက်၍ မရနိုင်ပါ။
၅။ ပို့ဆောင်ရေးနှင့် ပစ္စည်းပြန်လည်လဲလှယ်ခြင်း (Shipping & Returns)
- ပို့ဆောင်ရေးဆိုင်ရာ ကိစ္စရပ်များကို ကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏ Shipping & Delivery Policy အတိုင်း လိုက်နာဆောင်ရွက်ပါမည်။
- ပစ္စည်းလဲလှယ်ခြင်း၊ ပြန်အပ်ခြင်းနှင့် ငွေပြန်အမ်းခြင်းများကို ကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏ Returns & Exchanges Policy တွင် သတ်မှတ်ထားသည့် (၃) ရက်အတွင်း စည်းကမ်းချက်များနှင့်အညီသာ ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးပါမည်။
၆။ ဉာဏပစ္စည်းမူပိုင်ခွင့် (Intellectual Property)
- MartMM ၏ Logo၊ အမှတ်တံဆိပ်၊ ဝက်ဘ်ဆိုက် UI/UX ဒီဇိုင်း၊ Software စနစ်များနှင့် အကြောင်းအရာအားလုံးသည် SM SYNERGY CO., LTD. ၏ တရားဝင် မူပိုင်ခွင့်များ ဖြစ်ပြီး ခွင့်ပြုချက်မရှိဘဲ ကူးယူဖော်ပြခြင်း၊ ပြုပြင်ခြင်း လုံးဝ မပြုလုပ်ရပါ။
၇။ တာဝန်ကန့်သတ်ချက် (Limitation of Liability)
- သဘာဝဘေးအန္တရာယ်၊ လမ်းပိတ်ဆို့မှု၊ ဆက်သွယ်ရေးလိုင်း ပြတ်တောက်မှု သို့မဟုတ် အစိုးရ၏ ညွှန်ကြားချက်များကြောင့် ဝန်ဆောင်မှုနှင့် ပို့ဆောင်ရေး နှောင့်နှေးကြန့်ကြာမှုများအပေါ် MartMM အနေဖြင့် တိုက်ရိုက် လျော်ကြေးပေးရန် တာဝန်မရှိပါ။

By accessing, registering, or shopping on the MartMM platform, operated under SM SYNERGY CO., LTD., you unconditionally agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Platform Marketplace Nature
- MartMM operates strictly as an advanced Online Multi-Vendor Retail Marketplace, connecting independent verified merchants/suppliers with retail consumers across Myanmar.
- While MartMM provides the core digital infrastructure, transaction security, and dispatch coordination, individual vendors remain accountable for the authentic quality and accurate representation of their listed inventory.
2. User Accounts & Responsibilities
- Users must provide accurate, current, and verifiable contact details, shipping addresses, and personal credentials during account registration and order placement.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, passwords, and OTP verification codes.
3. Pricing & Payments
- All listed prices are stated in Myanmar Kyat (MMK) and represent standard retail prices.
- Payments are accepted via Mobile Banking, KPay/WavePay, and Cash-on-Delivery (COD) where available.
- MartMM reserves the right to amend pricing, promotions, and delivery tariffs at any time without prior notice based on dynamic market supply conditions.
4. Order Acceptance & Right to Cancel
- MartMM reserves the right to decline, hold, or cancel any customer order due to unforeseen stock stockouts, pricing inaccuracies, or unauthorized payment attempts.
- Orders may only be modified or canceled prior to fulfillment dispatch. Once an order is transferred to couriers or bus terminals, cancellations cannot be processed.
5. Fulfillment & Return Protocols
- Parcel shipments are governed by our official Shipping & Delivery Policy.
- Item replacements and monetary reimbursements strictly adhere to the guidelines and 3-day reporting window specified in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
- All software, interfaces, trademarks, brand assets, logos, and visual elements on MartMM are the proprietary property of SM SYNERGY CO., LTD. Any unauthorized reproduction, scraping, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure
- MartMM and SM SYNERGY CO., LTD. shall not be held liable for fulfillment delays, operational suspensions, or service delivery failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, civic disturbances, highway closures, or telecommunication outages.
